This post makes me feel like I just won the lottery!
EDIT: I should curb my enthusiasm a little. My Mac tops out at Big Sur. Need a new lappy to run this (I knew this was coming). Delayed gratification is not one of my strong points.
Huh it should work on the same OS versions as the last build. I will check some settings. 
OK I’ve checked and it should work down to version 10.15 (Catalina) so you should be OK! What errors are you getting?
It just crashes on open. New version is doing it too. I’ll PM the log

same Problem on my Mac with Big Sur 11.7.10.
Some workaround that works for me:
Right click the application icon, and
choose the “show packages contents” option.
Now excute the “Liberation” in Folder “Contents/MacOS/”
