I’ve dropped an MP3 in the timeline and it seems to work, but i don’t hear any audio when playing the timeline. Is this intended or how do i change the audio output settings?

It should play out of whichever interface is your system default. Some things to check :
- is your tempo source set to TIMELINE? The timeline can only play audio if it’s using its own tempo source.
- Check the volume, both in the timeline block right click menu, and in the timeline bar
Failing that, I’m not sure. Maybe try sending me the audio file and I’ll give it a try.

Hello,
I have a similar issue with the recent Windows beta version. I am pretty sure I made my headphones the default Audio device (Windows 11) but when I start Liberation audio outputs to notebook speakers. Only when I disable the speakers I get the sound to my headphones.
Also I don’t see audio input devices in Liberation but have not futher investigated on this.
Hi! Just to let you know that the audio engine has been completely rebuilt from the ground up for the new test version. Let me know if it fixes these issues (or makes them worse 
)
