How are you quoting tour/venue managers?

Hi all,

Would anyone be willing to share info or examples of how they quote for laser shows? Up until now I have mostly been taking roughly 5% of the lasers value for a night of work + 50/hr to operate. Low because I’m trying to gain exposure.

I am moving up a little bit finally and have 2 different tour managers asking for quotes on pricing. I know from reading here the standard is 10% of the value for lease + op fee. But what else are you writing on your invoices, considerations, rigging? So forth. Any help appreciated, I write alot of quotes for my day job of systems integration/automation but not similar to this!
