Hi James, Liberation (presently) sends DMX info over ArtNET.
As such any ArtNET node should do the job as ArtNET is just an open DMX over UDP protocol.
That said, Dmxking nodes are a great option for situations like this. Very reliable, small, good price, easy to use. They come in 1, 2 and 4 universe and can be put in a rack for 8 universes.
