Disabling zone for all scenes

Is there a way to deselect a zone from multiple scenes? I have tried shift clicking and higlighting multiple and there isn’t a way to deselect the zone for multiple clips. Am I missing something?

Yes! You can use Group buttons to quickly assign zones (and X/Y flip) for multiple clips at once.

From the manual:

The Group buttons are down the right-hand side of the clip deck. When you activate one, you can:

  • Assign clips to a group
  • Change zone settings and X/Y flip for all clips in the group

To use it:

  • Press and hold the Group button on your APC40, or click the on-screen Group button.
  • While the group button is active, press clips to assign them to the group. (You can also right-click a clip to assign it.)
  • With the group active, look at the zone buttons:
    • OFF = zone not set in any group clip
    • FLASHING = zone set in some clips
    • ON = zone set in all clips
  • Press a zone button to toggle it on or off for all clips in the group.

Same applies for X/Y flip settings too.
