Window resizing

When I resize the window, the content immediately also gets smaller/bigger, even if there is nothing in the area of which I reduce the window.
Is there a setting where I can keep at least the clip selection grid on the original size?

If not, it would be great if resizing of the elements only starts if window is to small to keep them all visible.

Can you clarify? At the moment the interface attempts to intelligently resize the visualiser and the clip deck so it fits in the available space.

Here you find a video what I mean.
Everything inside the main window is resized regarding the window resizing.

I still don’t really understand. While you’re resizing the whole display is temporarily scaled, but when you let go of the mouse the interface will rearrange itself for the new size. Is the problem you have while you are resizing or after you have let go?

Ok, thanks, that works, was little bit confusing to me that elements get so small.

About arrangement of the elements inside, ist there a possibility to save the layout somehow? When I restart Liberation, always the default layout/arrangement is in place.

The interface needs a major re-work to address some of these issues and give you more control of the layout. But it’s a huge amount of work and likely at least a year away.

Hope this helps!

Ah that’s a real bummer, that a save layout option is so far off.

Maybe, but I suspect you want the list of higher priorities more! But just to double check I will release a survey soon.
