Timeline music start offset

I’m new to Liberation, coming from LaserShowGen. I’m trying to use the timeline but I don’t see a way to set the first beat to start at an offset. Is that possible or do I just need to edit my file to pad it with some silence to line up the tempo?

Right click on the audio track: time delay is what you are looking for, then use start to move in bars if needed. Don’t forget to set the timeline tempo (BPM) or the bars will drift.
