I have had lots of time to go through so many fantastic cues today some are very stable and others shake a lot is there a way to stop this shaken happening to the cue within the software scanner speed was 12 a could not change this defaulting to 12 in the software

I’m not entirely sure what you mean but there are many reasons why laser output could appear flickery. Or do you meant that the output is shaking randomly?
When you say the software scanner speed is 12 do you mean this page :
The scanner speed should normally be set to 100% and only change it if you know what you’re doing! 12% is the lowest setting, you’ll get very flickery output when it’s set so slow.
