Select all beam zones within a laser in output to resize all the same amount/ratio

I’m working with a 3 laser output project that has 20 beams, 6-7 in each laser output. It would be pretty swell if I could could select all and grab a corner dot while holding shift (or not) and have them all resize the same ratio. Just a thought. Thanks for everything you do, @seb !

Hey Kevin,

Good question - but I think this might be pointing to something a bit deeper in how you’ve got things set up.

If you’ve got 6–7 beam zones per laser, that’s a bit unusual. In most cases, zones are used more as output regions (e.g. one per physical area or purpose), rather than lots of individual beam placements inside a single laser.

It sounds like you might be using zones to position individual beams, when that’s usually better handled inside the clip itself (or via the effects / node system). Zones are generally for mapping content to lasers, not building the content layout.

So before adding multi-zone scaling tools, I’d suggest taking a step back and checking your workflow - there’s probably a simpler way to achieve what you’re after that will be much easier to manage long-term.

If you can share a bit more about what you’re trying to create visually, I’m happy to suggest a cleaner setup.
