Compact PCB Ethernet switch

Hello, I’d like to find a 3-port Ethernet switch. As compact as possible. It’s to be fitted into the lasers. My aim is: To integrate the switch, with two ports on the rear panel and one for the Etherdream inside. The aim is to be able to daisy-chain the lasers.

I know DT has one 3 port switch on their site that seems to be for this purpose, but ask them directly
