Is there any way to build a sequence of clips without using the timeline? Something where you could add clips that could trigger based on time or tempo information? The sequences could also have playback preferences…loop, one shot, reverse, etc

You can make a sequence within a clip. I made a super basic tutorial of how to chain things / fade in& out together in the “Auto play “ thread. On your modulating devices you can set repeat length to 1 for one-shots. Play with clamps and others options. Invert your min / max sliders for reverse. The custom Oscillator is very powerful. Take some to learn it. I hope this helps a little.
