I’d like to know if I can connect the software to another external viewer, such as Capture One or Depence, to have a much more complete show.

Yes - Liberation supports Capture as of version 1.0.3 (currently available for testing and feedback).
There’s no special setup required. If Liberation and Capture are on the same network, and your firewall allows it, all lasers currently set up in Liberation will appear in Capture as media sources automatically. You can then attach those sources to laser fixtures inside Capture to visualise the output.
To actually send output to Capture, the lasers need to be armed in Liberation. Capture connections are treated the same way as physical laser outputs, so the number of active (armed) lasers depends on your licence tier.
I’m not a heavy Capture user myself, so I’m a little rusty on the exact workflow inside Capture. If anyone here is actively running Liberation + Capture and wants to share their setup steps on the Capture side, that would be great.
