Thanks for flagging this - yep, that’s the standard Microsoft Defender SmartScreen warning that shows up for newer or less commonly downloaded apps, even when they’re signed. It should go away automatically once the installer builds up more trust (i.e. gets downloaded and run by more users over time).
The important thing is that the installer shows the correct publisher - SEB.LY LIMITED - which confirms the code signing is working properly. If it ever says “Unknown publisher”, that’s when to be cautious.
