Undo in Clip deck?

Hey @seb - Is there any “undo” feature when a clip or clips are moved?

Also- If I’m going through an entire deck and moving select clips, after clicking each chosen clip, I have to go back and click each clip again to move all of them together. Is there any easier way to do this?

Good questions!

1. Undo when moving clips

There isn’t currently an undo for clip moves. I did experiment with it at one point, but it was a bit unreliable so I removed it rather than have something flaky in there.

2. Selecting and moving multiple clips

The clips should stay selected after you’ve moved them, so you shouldn’t need to reselect them each time.

For multi-select:

  • Shift + Option (Mac) / Shift + Alt (Windows) + click to add clips to the selection
  • You can also click and drag to lasso multiple clips at once

Once they’re selected, you can move them together and the selection should persist.

If you’re finding they’re getting deselected after moving, let me know exactly what steps you’re taking and I’ll take a closer look.
