In the fall, the Etherdream install was performed, verified quick output and then a week later upon first proper testing it’s been like this. 8w OPT digital driver.
I sent the info months ago to OPT with no solution. Ive reopened the case with OPT but while I am waiting for a response, anyone have any ideas? AI suggests amp tuning or scanner board or something.
I’ve had a similar problem with a different brand!!! also very curious to find out what causes this!

I’m pretty sure that’s not a tuning issue - everything’s stuck in one quadrant which would suggest you’re only getting half of the differential signal.
I’d probably start by checking the power supply to the scanner driver board, just to make sure it’s providing both the + and - rails properly.
