I think I agree, but let me think it through before I make any decisions I can’t go back on.
I also think I need to change the terminology to 1 computer, 1 back up computer, as really I want to encourage people to bring a back up computer to shows (rather than using one license for two separate shows)

Don’t know if your license system supports that, but probably “active” instances can be limited.
Unfortunately this would require permanent online access which is also not good.
I like the offline possibility to not care about any internet access at the venues.
I signed up as a hobby user, but the move to add a second computer at the pro4 level will make me happy to upgrade and spend the extra. At £20 a month I will happily keep the subscription going even when I don’t need it (very much a hobby learner at the moment)
