I love the new clips in the latest version, some very creative people have worked wonders on this. However, is there a way to easily find the duplicate clips from the new version so I can delete them?
I needed to restore the old version clips then append the new clips but now I have loads of clips some of which are duplicate so I just wondered if there is an easy way to determine which of the new clips are duplicates of the old ones without going back and forth the clip deck to check?
Glad you like the new clips! I love that members of the community have added their own contributions to the default content.
At the moment there isn’t a way to automatically spot or remove duplicates. The best approach is to use the more flexible clip organising tools: for example, take the clips you like from the old version, drop them into a temporary timeline, export that timeline, and then when you import it into the new version you can choose to append just those clips. That way you keep a clean set without duplicates.
