Hey James, I already posted a link to the SVG in my message : Genesis Motor - Wikipedia
It’s just a case of playing with the “fill&Stroke” settings within Inkscape. It was a little confusing with that image at first, but i realised that you just have to click on the image to select it to change the stroke settings. I’ve emailed you the SVG of the white outline of this logo James
Thanks Ben just came back from doing a job will look in the morning
Hi Seb managed to get SGV file converted from black to white lines so far so good with some help from Ben Evans
on playback very jumpy tried changing scanner speed made no difference if i get this right there could be opportunity to do car launch with LIBERATION being used with my lasers
but would not wish to put this forward any advice or help would be welcome

It’s probably way too complex an image to project with a single laser along with the full outlines of the text. Either use more lasers or manually remove shapes / outlines etc.
ok cool every day is a school day
thanks Seb
So I would do the basic logo shape with one laser, then the type in the middle with a second laser, and then the larger logotype with a third laser. You may also be able to manually redraw the text so that it is a single line rather than trace around the full outline of every letter.
When doing complex graphics like this, you benefit from better scanners, I have EMS8000s in one of my lasers, and it’s amazing! Otherwise with a bit of tweaking you may get away with 50kpps scanners.
Hope this helps!
Thanks Seb for this info
