Extra information about these options :
DMX Fixture control
I briefly demonstrated an early version of this on the last live stream. You can set up “DMX zones” that convert the content of any clip into DMX data, ie RBG colour and position. Useful for controlling RGB lights, moving heads or even lasers that only use DMX control.
MIDI Send and Receive
A lot of you have asked for control of Liberation via MIDI and with this system, most of the live controls available to you are converted to and from MIDI. At this stage it will not be configurable, but you will be able to record and playback, and hopefully you can add an intermediary layer for adding custom MIDI controllers.
Clip Deck Save and Load
At the moment the clip deck is automatically saved into your working folder (hidden away in the sandbox folder). This system will allow you to export and import your entire clip deck as a separate file.
MIDI Clock Sync
The tempo and song position can be received via MIDI to enable syncing with DAWs, something like WaveClock, or even an external unit that takes a time code signal and converts it into midi.
Any questions, let me know!

just a random morning idea:
I know you’re trying to make things simple, but these could all be add ons. I use an ipad app called Luminair. I get 1 U for 10 bucks, and 4U for 25. midi can be purchased for 10 bucks. etc etc.
I’m a user that would be using liberation remotely - so I would pay extra since I can not man the APC and live punt.
Some users may ONLY punt.
