# Clip sorting

I tried to sort the clips to have my favorite ones on one page.  
After starting, I realized that the clip view does not scroll when I grabed a clip for movement.  
Is there any special shortcut to scroll trough clip pages while grabed a clip for movement? Would be great if the view moved when reaching the edges for easier movement over pages.

Welcome Stephan!

I am aware that the ability to organise the clip deck is somewhat limited right now, I have done a little extra work on this for the next release but in the meantime you have a few options :

1. Use the left and right arrow keys to scroll the clip deck while you are dragging. If you also press the CMD key you can scroll a whole page at a time

2. Use the APC40 scroll wheel while you are dragging a clip (obviously requires the APC40)

3. You can use 2 fingers on the trackpad to scroll left and right. I’ve found in some circumstances I can both drag on the trackpad with one hand and scroll with the other, but your results may vary.
